It’s the Christmas season!
Happy first of December everyone! 🙂 I can hardly believe that 2010 is almost over, and Christmas is just around the corner!! Only 24 days left. Although there’s no snow here yet where I live, it’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas! I was finally able to hang up two paintings (one was painted by my grandfather, and the other by myself.) I eventually want one wall to be full of frames, and as of now – I have three. Does anyone know any stores where I could get some good deals on frames? To celebrate the first, I decided to show you what’s in my room – christmas style! Random fact – I put up my tree this year a couple of days before Halloween. I’m sorry..it was simply calling me from the attic, it gets quite lonely up there! Enjoy!

As you can see, my room is full of bows, glitter and all things merry! My grandfather painted the wintry scene and I painted the three tulips. (they are Audrey Hepburn tulips – did you know she has a breed of flower named after her?)

Isn’t Christmas time the most fabulous time of the year ? I just got all 325 boxes up Nat and it feels pretty magical here in the log cabin. I still found places for ” new” Christmas decorations and new snowmen are always welcome to come in from the cold. From one Christmas obsessed junkie to another…..bring on the decorations ! You’ll have to come over to inspect the magical wonderland.
