My Top 10 list of Feel-Good Activities
Feeling stressed, in a rut, or just plain out of sorts? It happens to the best of us! Here’s 10 of my top feel-good things I do when I’m feeling low. Maybe they’ll help you? - Play a cosy game like lofi.town!
- Binge an old favourite show of yours.
- Take a short nap (20-40 mins!)
- Listen and dance to some of your favourite music!
- Read a good book – try an old favourite or a new one!
- Get creative! Paint, sketch, collage, etc! Anything to get the creative juices going!
- Connect with a loved one! Call and check in on someone you love.
- Go out on a solo coffee date or bring along a friend.
- Write a letter or two to a penpal or friend!
- Make a care package for someone!
While I cannot guarantee your situation will get better – these things have helped somewhat for me… and just remember this too shall pass, even if it passes like a kidney stone – it’ll pass!! Keep looking up!
